  • Reynosa Salad - Fresh, green salad layered with seasoned ground beef or shredded chicken, jack and cheddar cheeses, chile con queso, charro beans, diced tomatoes and guacamole.

  • Grilled Chicken Salad - Mixed greens with wood-grilled chicken, mandarin oranges, toasted caramelized almonds, grape tomatoes, golden raisins, jicama, radishes and avocado slices, with honey mustard dressing.

  • Fajita Salad - Choice of wood-grilled, marinated fajita steak, fajita chicken or Yucatan shrimp, served over a fresh mixed green salad with a variety of cheeses and guacamol
  • Mexican Stack - A deep fried flour tortilla topped with refried beans, seasoned ground beef, chile con carne, chile con queso, shredded cheeses, lettuce, tomato, sour cream and guacamole.

Salad Dressing choices are Honey Lime, Southwest Ranch, Fat Free Vinaigrette or Honey Mustard.
